- Represented various manufacturers of oil and gas and underground construction equipment in preparing and prosecuting patents, developing their patent portfolios, and assisting in various disputes
- Drafted and successfully prosecuted patents for a wide range of technology, including medical devices and equipment, above and below ground oil and gas equipment, construction equipment, locating and tracking equipment, and consumer products
